or the Discord bot. The terms "you" and "your" refer to all individuals or entities accessing the Amour website and
Discord bot. The terms "we," "us," "our," refer to Amour and "bot" refers to the Discord bot itself.
The Amour Discord Bot data collection practices comprise solely through the consent of its users upon addition to the server and execution of any of the commands that require a database. This may include, but is not limited to:
1. The AFK function,
2. Partnership counters,
3. Birthday settings/additions,
4. Marriage feature to marry another Discord user,
5. Setting modlogs channels, welcome message embeds, or modmail channels,
6. Enabling reactionroles and/or autoroles in your server.
Settings such as log channels, marriages, and partnership counters are typically permanent until users kick Amour from their server. Numerous protocols have been set in place to immediately wipe user data from our databases to respect the privacy of Amour users. Functions such as AFK, however, are temporary, as the log in the database is removed altogether upon return by sending a message in a server Amour is also in.
Server data including Channel and Server IDs, Welcome Message content set by administrators of said server, and User IDs. Server data is utilized by Amour developers as a means to customize the experience provided in a secure, and efficient manner, while also including the ability, but not limited to, debugging server issues or resolving bot inefficiency. Developers of Amour reserve the right to remove Server data and the Amour entity from Discord servers that are found to be in violation of Discord Terms of Service, or abusing the services provided.
User data including AFK messages, user IDs, timestamps in correlation to command issue times, and birth dates are collected by the "consent" provided by acknowledging bot users. By submitting a "slash command" or any form of interaction with Amour, you are agreeing to the storage of any data that may be associated with said command executed, and it shall not be removed unless the user manually disables the function to which their information is collected, or a written request of deletion is provided to the Developers for manual revision.
The submission of data-removal requests in addition to any further queries in regards to the policy or bot itself may be sent directly to the Amour developer, Krim.
Krim can be contacted at [email protected] or via Twitter @AmourCommunity.
Alternatively, a swift way to ensure a response is through the Discord server.
To ensure an instant-removal, you may simply kick the Amour Bot from your Discord server. Written requests to prove the deletion of server/user information may be sent to any point of contact stated above.
